General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

 

Original Condition Required: For a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Products showing any signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Retail Purchase Policy: Items purchased in our official retail stores are eligible for exchange only; refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

Mix &Match: Match Items (Non-Returnable): Due to their personal nature, all Mix & Match products (including Purse Cases, Straps and Ornaments) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please verify your design details (color, phone size, straps, ornaments) carefully before ordering.

Sale Items: Products purchased during promotions are final sale unless found to be faulty or defective.

 

Policy for Online Orders (fabuloveworldwide.com)

 

Eligibility: This policy applies only to orders placed directly on fabuloveworldwide.com.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date your order shipped to initiate a free return for exchange. Request a return by emailing [email protected].

Exchange Value: Exchanges are for products of equal value. The original item must be unsealed and unused.

 

Refunds (Online Orders Only)

 

Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive email confirmation upon completion.

Method: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping Fees: The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
